Hello folks, it’s Mark Mathis with a new venue to spout opinions and add musings that will entertain and enhance your sports experience.
I have been with the Messenger-Inquirer since 1988 and been in sports that whole time. I spend a lot of time writing about and offering observations on the University of Kentucky, Kentucky Wesleyan College and the area high schools. There’s also some on Louisville and Western Kentucky University.

Missed you at the UK football games this year. You usually come by my tailgate at least once. I was hoping for a live blog of the Regional Champ (3rd Region)/ I am in a Sweet 16 pool, and I need Apollo to win to stay alive.
